Fabric and Clothing Printing Rules

These terms apply to all personalized print orders. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

1. Intellectual property and copyrights

1.1. The customer confirms that they own all rights to the submitted design, image, logo or text, or that they have obtained permission to use it commercially.

1.2. By submitting content for printing, the customer grants the company a non-exclusive license to use that content solely for fulfilling the order.

1.3. The customer assumes full legal responsibility for infringements of third-party rights.

1.4. The customer agrees to indemnify the company for any losses arising from copyright or trademark infringements.

1.5. The company reserves the right to refuse to print content that may infringe intellectual property rights.

2. Prohibited content

We do not print:

  • copyrighted images without a license

  • brand logos without permission

  • hate speech or discriminatory content

  • pornographic or violent content

  • illegal or misleading material

The company has the right to refuse an order without explanation.

The customer is responsible for the legality of AI-generated images.

We do not print AI images that:

  • imitate existing brands

  • copy a famous image

  • infringe copyrights

If an image is legally risky, the order may be refused.

3. File quality

The customer is responsible for file quality.

We do not guarantee the result if:

  • the file is low resolution below 300 dpi

  • there are compression artifacts

  • there is an incorrect color profile

  • the image is blurry

We do not perform design corrections without a separate agreement.

4. Printing characteristics

DTG printing has technological limitations:

  • color differences from the screen

  • texture impact

  • visible fibers

  • ink absorption into the fabric

This is not considered a defect.

5. Claims

The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually printed goods. If you notice a technical printing defect or a mismatch with the approved design, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, attaching photos. This does not limit your legal right to make a claim for goods that do not conform to the contract within 2 years of the date of delivery.

6. Care instructions

Wash at 30°C
Turn inside out
Do not bleach
Do not iron on the print
Do not tumble dry

Defects caused by improper care are not considered a lack of conformity of the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal

Personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.
