Viscose fabrics stand out for their pleasant feel against the skin and excellent drape. The viscose fabrics in our shop are woven, lightweight and have a cooling effect.
Viscose is a natural-origin fiber obtained from cellulose. Its best qualities are a pleasantly soft texture, easy drape and relatively simple care.
Most often this viscose fabric is used for sewing airy garments, so it is an excellent fabric for making dresses, skirts, blouses, lightweight clothing and nightwear. By themselves they are not warming, which is why they are popular for summer clothing.
Sewing tips:
To sew viscose fabric, it is recommended to use microtex needles. Thanks to the exceptionally sharp point, the needle is suitable for high thread-count fabrics
