 On one side the fabric is smooth, but on the other – with a small loop structure that provides extra comfort and warmth.

This fabric is ideally suited for sportswear, leisurewear, hats, sweaters, pants and children's clothing.

Loop-knit fabric is breathable and provides natural air circulation, making it a great choice for both cooler and warmer days. A practical and durable fabric with enough elasticity for comfortable everyday wear.

Sewing tips:

When sewing with cotton knit, it is recommended to use Jersey or Stretch needles if the knit is very stretchy then it is recommended to use Super Stretch needles, which are specially designed for elastic fabrics. These needles have a rounded tip that allows them to easily glide between knit fibres without damaging the fabric. Needle size is usually   70/10 or 80/12.
