Silicone transparent elastic tape 4 mm – 20 m package

Silicone rubber is flexible. After stretching, it returns to its original state.
Flexible is suitable for making sweaters, T-shirts, or blouses.  

The tape is often used for knit seams that tend to stretch and lose shape during garment wear, such as shoulder seams of T-shirts or sweaters. 

With a ribbon, it is easy to create gathers. 

It can also be used for hanging clothes with loops and can possibly be sewn into the skirt part to prevent the fabric from slipping down.
